Our Story

INSHUTI NZIZA is a non-profit organization established in Japan, with its headquarters located in Funabashi City, Chiba. Founded in 2025 by individuals deeply connected to Rwanda, its origins reflect the commitment of persons who have volunteered, partnered with local institutions, and engaged directly with communities.

Driven by a shared vision, the founders created an organization that mobilizes international resources and invests in community-led development—empowering youth, supporting vulnerable groups, and promoting environmentally conscious growth.

Building on these roots, we are developing as a platform for collaboration between Japan and Rwanda, guided by a mission to empower communities through sustainable development solutions. The organization is preparing initiatives that focus on entrepreneurship exchange, cross-cultural education, academic partnerships, and community microenterprise support—particularly for youth, women, immigrant communities, and other vulnerable groups—so they can build skills, access opportunities, and actively shape their futures.

In parallel, we are also laying the foundation for environmentally responsible action through eco-awareness campaigns, joint environmental projects, and dialogue on green innovation. Through transparent governance, ethical fundraising, volunteer engagement, and strong partnerships, INSHUTI NZIZA seeks to reduce poverty, promote quality education, and protect the environment while fostering inclusive, community-led development in both Japan and Rwanda.
